Overview of the Various Meadview Units
There are eighteen different units in the Meadview subdivision. Lots sizes range from 60 feet by 100 feet to over an acre, with one unit
having up to 40 acres. All lots have electricity and telephone near by or at the lot line. Most have water to the lot line. Septic tanks are required on all lots.
Foothills: 1/2 acre or larger residential lots in beautiful rolling hills
bordering the Lake Mead National Recreation Area with prime views of
the Grand Wash Cliffs and the terminus of Grand Canyon. All Lots have water, power and phone available.
Highlands: 1 acre or larger residential lots that border the National Recreation Area on mostly flat terrain, with great city and mountain views. Some lots have water; all lots have power and phone available.
Valley Unit 1: Most of these residential lots are 100 feet by 120 feet, good for vacation or permanent home; level, easy to build on. Good city and mountain views. All lots have water, power and phone available.

City Center: These lots are located around the heart of Meadview.
Most are residential, with some for multi-family use and some for commercial use. Lots sizes are 100feet by 120 feet or larger. All lots have water, power and phone available.
Knolls: The residential lots are north of the City Center and are approximately 1.2 acre to 1 acre. Good views of the Grand Wash Cliffs. All lots have water, power and phone available.
Terrace: City size residential lots of 60 feet by 90 feet or larger,
perfect for vacation or permanent home. Level easy to build on.
Good city and mountain views. All lots have water, power and phone available.
Terrace 2: City size residential lots of 60 feet by 110 feet, perfect for vacation or permanent home, level, easy to build on. Good city and mountain views. All lots have water, power and phone available.
Unit 1: 1 acre residential lots, all lots have power and phone available. Some have water.
Unit 2: 1 acre lots can be used for in and out RVs or residential. All lots have power and phone available. Some have water.
Unit 3: 1 acre lots, lots fronting Pierce Ferry are 1-acre commercial lots. All lots can be used for in and out RVs or residential. All have power and phone available. Water haul area.
Unit 4: 1 acre residential lots, all lots have water, power and phone available.
Unit 5: 1 acre lots can be used for in and out RVs or residential. Most lots fronting Gregg Drive are commercial. All lots have power and phone available.
Unit 6: 1 acre residential lots, lots fronting Pierce Ferry are one-acre commercial lots. Some lots can be used for in and RVs. All lots have power and phone available. Water haul area.
Unit 7: 1 acre residential lots, some lots can be used for in and out RVs. All lots have power and phone available. Water haul area.
Unit 8: Residential lots vary from 100 feet by 120 feet to one acre or more. All lots have water, power and phone available.
Unit 9: 1 acre residential lots, all lots have power and phone available. Water haul area.
Country Estates: These parcels range from 9 acres to 40 acres. All lots have water, power and phone available. 40-acre parcels can be split into 3 parcels.
Estates: 1 acre lots most of which have been returned to the Lake Mead National Recreation Area. Some power available and is a water haul area.
